Vybz Kartel has been ordered to pay a promoter because he did not show up for performance back in '09. 

Vybz was ordered by a Supreme Court Judge to pay the Jamaican promoter Alton Salmon for breaching their contract. When Vybz failed to show up for his performace on Augusrt 14th 2009, Salmon says that there was a riot and he suffered significant losses. 

For the loss of profit Salmon was awarded $127, 736. In addition to this, there is $15 million pending from Vybz Kartel, who is still in prison at the moment on two murder charges.
