Vybz Kartel has been found not guilty in connection to one of his two murder cases-- so he's not an entirely free man just yet. The dancehall artist was charged with the murder of a St. Catherine businessman, Barrington "Bossie" Burton, back in October of 2011. This murder charge came just two weeks after he was charged for murdering Clive ‘Lizard’ Williams.
Complex reports today that Vybz and the two men who were accused alongside him, Lenburgh McDonald and Nigel Thompson, were all found not guilty of the murder of Bossie. All three were freed after the prosecution told the court they had no more evidence against them.
Nonetheless, the artist will remain in custody as he is still has a second murder case pending. Vybzl will return to court in November for the trial in connection to the murder of Clive 'Lizard' Williams.
