Vince Staples Summertime '06 is one of the hottest rap albums of 2015, and now the Long Beach rapper is taking it on tour. He announced tour dates not long after wrapping up his portion of the "Rocky and Tyler" tour. The "Circa '06" tour will take place in two stages, the first kicking off on December 2 in Philly and the second kicking off in February in San Francisco.
