First off, we hope our American friends had a happy, healthy, and enjoyable Thanksgiving. And while eating copious amounts of food, dealing with drunk uncles, taking pre-meal "walks" with the cousins, partaking in that inevitable heated political debate and all that classic family business are tried and true Thanksgiving traditions, therein lies another American staple: watching football. There happened to be three games lined up on the docket, and if you were too busy indulging in some of the aforementioned antics, we have you covered with a recap below.

LOS ANGELES CHARGERS: 28, DALLAS COWBOYS: 6

In the wake of Ezekiel Elliott's suspension, the Cowboys took another L against the Los Angeles Chargers. Dallas appeared to be at an utter loss, with Dak Prescott throwing two interceptions, bringing his turnover tally to five in two games. On the other side, the Chargers continue to ride their momentous wave, winning five of their last seven games. Next week, they face the Cleveland Browns.

MINNESOTA VIKINGS 30, DETROIT LIONS 23

Thanksgiving was a big day for Case Keenum, who threw three total touchdowns, leading the Vikings to their ninth victory of the season. Keenum was on fire, connecting his passes to six different wide receivers, including the dynamic Adam Thielen. And while Detroit fought valiantly, they ultimately walked away from this one feeling the pain. Quarterback Matthew Stafford suffered a fourth quarter ankle injury, leaving his status in limbo. He spoke to ESPN about his injury, telling them he was feeling “Not 100%, but ticker’s still ticking, so we’ll be all right.”

WASHINGTON REDSKINS 20, NEW YORK GIANTS 10

Giant's coach Ben McAdoo has been feeling the heat, and the pressure continues to grow as his team falls to the Washington Redskins. Eli Manning continues his minor slump, going a second consecutive week without a passing touchdown. Despite some inconsistent moments, Washington is still holding onto to their playoff hopes with upcoming matches against the Cowboys, the Chargers, the Cardinals, the Broncos and a final date with the Giants.
