Vic Mensa's profile expands.

Vic Mensa’s been steadily inching his way into the spotlight, and that growth has been amplified as of late. Since dropping off his Autobiography project last year, the Chicago emcee has gone on to support the likes of Beyoncé, Justin Bieber, Jay-Z, and most recently, Dua Lipa on the singer’s tour in the United Kingdom.

Naturally, such elevation in profile comes with an extension in portfolio. At the moment, Mensa is represented by Scooter Braun and Dave Appleton of SB Projects in a roster of artists that includes the likes of Ariana Grande, Justin Bieber, Kanye West, David Guetta, and Lil Dicky among others while being managed by Cody Kazarian. His international bookings are handled through WME, and now he adds United Talent Agency to his network. The agency, which specializes in tour bookings is already home to a number of names in music and comedy including 21 Savage, A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie, JB Smoove, and Will Ferrell among a seemingly endless list of worldwide talent.

In that regard, it’s safe to say that the price has gone up in Vic’s case. While his musical career has been growing in notoriety, Vic has also been hard at work outside of the booth, making use of his platform and launched his SaveMoneySaveLife Foundation in his hometown of Chicago most recently.

The foundation has goals rooted in a number of initiatives to help his city including training programs that increase the number of first responders in Chicago’s most dangerous neighborhoods in addition to summer mentorship programs for black and indigenous youth in the city.
