This weekly feature provides you with some of the most-fire yet least-viewed records that we featured on the homepage this past week. Whether they were simply overlooked because the artist name was not familiar, or perhaps they just weren't seen at all, we want to give them a second chance at your iTunes here.

Once again, this week we have a couple of Toronto artists that are quickly making a name for themselves, one with Drake's assistance, and one without. There's also an icey new instrumental from Eric Dingus to shake things up, and something a bit bigger (but still underrated) from the Young Veggies.

Casey Veggies- Anybody (Prod. By Sap)

Underrated Audio: August 9 - August 15

Honestly, the hype for a Casey Veggies debut album has died down. It could be a result of the fact that he's taken forever to release it, the false starts it had, or perhaps getting our hopes up that Drake would be on “The Boy” only to find it is lacking said 6 God. Nonetheless, it’s coming soon (finally), and in anticipation Casey delivered this little jam mid-week. And by little jam, I mean this bangs. Sap is always on point when it comes to production, and it’s the perfect beat for Casey’s boyish charm and lisp’d flow. It somehow flew under the radar though, even though it received a VERY HOTTTTT rating, it barely broke 20k views. So here we are.

Derin Falana- Vacation

Underrated Audio: August 9 - August 15

Another one of those T Dot boys. However, Derin Falana also known as The Flan, has not received the game-changing Drake co-sign (or a play on OVO Sound Radio, yet), nonetheless he’s got our co-sign, whatever that might mean to you. We premiered this record near the end of the week, and it’s the sonic version of a summer BBQ. It literally sounds like vacation in a secluded tropic island.

Eric Dingus- Ice 1

Underrated Audio: August 9 - August 15

Eric Dingus, a Houston-raised producer, typically creates sounds that reflect his upbringing and landscape— lots of slowed down and slurred up backdrops perfect for lean-sipping. However on this particular instrumental, which he released earlier in the week, he brings  a little something different to the table. “Ice 1” is just that—cold, hollow, and harsh. It’s more aggressive than we’d expect to hear, with a thunderous bass line and looped chanting, but it works well.

SAFE- Roll With Feat. Donnie

Underrated Audio: August 9 - August 15

Okay, this is the third week in a row we’ve featured SAFE (if I can count properly, which, a lot of the times I can't), but he’s been consistent with these recent leaks. “Roll With” featuring Donnie, finds the OVO-approved rapper going in over what could be described as 'r’n’b-trap' production—it’s strip club ready, it’s ready for the bedroom and it’s ready for the turn-up. This song can serve multiple purposes. SAFE keeps the energy alive with raucous ad-libs and a distorted flow.
