Uncle Murda has been relatively quiet so far in 2017, releasing only videos for “Thot” & “Rap Up 2016” in the process, but thankfully that changes here today. With a new album on the way called The Lenny Grant Story, Murda decides to return to the scene today and share its first offering called “Statute of Limitations” featuring fellow G-Unit bossman 50 Cent.

For those uninformed, “Statue Of Limitations” refers to a law which forbids prosecutors from charging someone with a crime that was committed more than a specified number of years ago, and that’s what this is all about. Bringing the title to life, the two G-Unit rappers hop on this piano-driven production & reflect on some past incidents & the injustices in our court system.

Hit play and let us know what you think.

Quotable Lyrics:

Niggas said they with this shit, don't know what this shit about
Dope boy in a drought never go a different route
Like them gold fronts nigga, spit 'em out
You gon’ make me hit you right here in this Waffle House
