This week, Tyler, The Creator was in a decent amount of headlines as Jaden Smith referred to him as his boyfriend on stage. The two are very likely trolling as this seemed to be the first time Tyler had ever heard of their "relationship." After some back-and-forth on Twitter, the issue was largely swept under the rug as interest has mostly dissipated. The Odd Future frontman continues to promote his work on the upcoming Grinch movie, delivering modern Christmas tales one song at a time.
If you've been sick of "Rudolph" and "Jingle Bells," Tyler has been coming through with a decent number of songs for the holiday season. The Grinch may be focused on ruining Christmas but Tyler is enhancing it, releasing some decent tracks for what they are. His latest effort includes Santigold and Brockhampton associate Ryan Beatty as the six-song EP will be out this week. Promoting unity, Tyler, Santigold and Ryan work as a team with each getting their time to shine.
