Tupac is dominating the news today, as people continue to talk about, and be in awe of, his performance at Coachella this past weekend.
Tupac's mother, Afeni Shakur, was contacted by TMZ for her thoughts on seeing her late son on the stage at Coachella. She agrees, as most do, that it was pretty awesome.
A rep for Afeni says she was postively thrilled with the Tupac hologram. Afeni did not attend the event, but watched the performance live online. The rep for Afeni says that Dr. Dre did contact her for her approval to incorporate Pac into the show, and Pac's mother said yes. TMZ reports that as a thank you, Dre donated a sum of money to the rapper's charity, The Tupac Amaru Shakur Foundation.
