Troy Ave Is Dropping An Album This Week
We were already expecting projects from Rae Sremmurd and PartyNextDoor this Friday, and now Troy Ave has further crowded the August 12th release day with the announcement of his upcoming album, Roland Collins. Fans will already know that the title is the rapper's first name, and will be his first official LP since the shooting incident at Irving Plaza that left him behind bars earlier this year.

Troy Ave has filed a lawsuit against New York City concert venue Irving Plaza, in which he blames poor security for a gunfight at T.I. concert in May that left his friend dead. According to PIX 11, Troy Ave alleges that Live Nation, the conglomerate that owns Irving Plaza, had relaxed security measures that allowed a gun to enter the venue.
