Shortly before the blog controversy, Troy Ave hit us with his crew mixtape, BSB Vol. 4. One of the highlights from the record was Troy's solo cut, "My Day", which he's now released some official visuals for.
The song sticks with the rapper's hard-edged, but slyly melodic New York style, built off of a modernized boom bap beat that suits Ave's 50-esque delivery well.
The follow-up mixtape, appropriately titled BSB Vol. 4, is due out soon. Still no word on when we'll get Troy's debut album, but chances are he's still got a few mixtapes in him before we see a proper full length.
