Trapo may only be 17 years old, but his new EP, SHE, displays a finely-tuned fully developed sound all his own, and closing track, "Chicago," is the most immediate example of his range of talents. "I know you ain't from Chicago, neither am I though," he admits early on in the record (he actually hails from Wisconsin), but the influence of the city's historic house scene is audible in the instrumental, as Trapo flips between a soulful hook (with vocal effects that almost skew closer to talkbox than auto-tune) and some conversational rap verses. All in all, it's a record that is defined by its movement, and as a result, inspires the same from listeners.

Quotable Lyrics:
I know you ain't from Chicago
Neither am I though
Let's just have a good time while we out here
Crack a bottle, I'm leaving tomorrow
