Tory Lanez continues to keep the new music coming, but rather then jumping on a new instrumental for his latest “Swave Session,” which he did last week with "Magnolia," the Toronto crooner decides to link up with Harlem’s own Dave East & share an all-new original song called “Out Of Center,” which he warned us about a few weeks ago on twitter.
