Topaz Jones is kicking off 2019 with new music straight out of the gate. The New Jersey artist offers his fans a short freestyle over the "Sticky" instrumental, a funky bop by his peers, Ravyn Lenae and The Internet's Steve Lacy. He spins his rhymes from the original song's lyrics and keeps his series of flows under a minute, short and sweet.

Last year, the rapper released three double singles. "Milan" seems to point to his desire to keep the momentum going in the new year, as the freestyle is likely only a sliver of his upcoming output. For more retro vibes, new fans can check out his "Toothache" music video here. His first official project  Arcade, which includes a Pell-featured track called "Winona," is also worth a listen and perpetual replays.

Quotable Lyrics

Sweet thang, you're a pain in the ass
And an ache in the tooth
But I still fit a cavity
