T Loc is a Member Of City Boyz, Born In Los Angeles, Calif in The Early 90s. Real Name TJ Wilcher, T Loc Grew up Around Proverty, Drugs, GangBangin, And The Everyday Struggles of Living in The "Hood". He Started Writing Verses at A Young Age, and used To Do It For Fun Just To Entertain The Family. That Would Start a Love For Music That Even He Didnt Know Was Coming. He Didnt Take Rapping Serious Until He Moved To San Bernardino,Calif Where He Later Helped From a Group Which is Now Known As "City Boyz Ent". As the years Have Passed He has Recently Relocated To The Phoenix, Arizona area, and is Starting To Make A name For Himself in The New State. He Recently Dropped his First Solo Mixtape Titled " Never Go To $leep Broce Vol.1" in April 2012, And is Currently Promoting His 2nd Mixtape Titled "The Grind Never Stops" Which is due To Drop In Jan 2013.
