If you were hoping to see Tinashe live in the upcoming weeks on her "Joyride" Tour, I'm sorry to inform you that you’ll be getting a refund. Taking to Facebook a few hours ago, Tinashe made the following statement:
28 Grams: Hip-Hop Instagram Recap (March 19)
Perhaps trying to match Kim Kardashian’s nude selfie from last week, Amber Rose freed the nipple in a censored Instagram post (she shared an uncensored version of the photo on Twitter). Rita Ora also got in on the shirtless action, as she shared some scantily clad photos of herself during her shoot for a lingerie brand.
The 10 Best R&B/Rap Covers Of Classic Songs
Searching "rap covers" online is like walking into a minefield of acoustic guitars and webcams, leftovers from a war that began with Ben Folds' famous version of Dr. Dre's "Bitches Ain't Shit." An earnest-sounding white dude with a guitar and an angelic backing choir singing things like "Lick on these nuts and suck the dick" was (believe it or not) novel at some point, but now that approach has been beaten to death. Last year, for example, a ten year old covered "Trap Queen."
28 Grams: Hip-Hop Instagram Recap (March 5)
Lots of exciting stuff going down on Instagram this week. First off, we got an update on ALL of the upcoming TDE releases, and surprisingly, it was Kendrick's album that came through first (though it seems Q, Isaiah, Sza, and Soulo aren't far behind). We also got a brief update on Drake's Views From The 6 through a photo of Drizzy's creative partner, 40, stocking up with supplies to camp out in the studio (and to keep it Canadian, a Tim Horton's cup in hand).

Staff Picks Playlist (February 5)
It's about that time. With the weekend imminent, as well as the SuperBowl, you surely need a playlist that will soundtrack your every move. This week's playlist is ultra-modern, occupied almost exclusively by a new generation of artists-- Young Thug, Roy Wood$, Tinashe, Jazz Cartier, Belly and more (we'll just glide over 2 Chainz, he's a strange case in that he's old-but-new). There's a fair amount of trap-influenced records, before moving into more musically-inclined songs. Shout out Angus for exclusively picking Young Thug records.
Tinashe Poses For Sultry Complex Cover
Tinashe let Complex into her home for a feature about family, but her photo shoot is certainly not family first. It’s a fitting transition as the singer slowly makes her way toward stardom.

5 Things We Want From Tinashe's "Joyride"
When exactly Tinashe's sophomore album, Joyride, is coming out has been as difficult to pinpoint as any of the anticipated releases of the last year. 2015 wrapped without any sign of it, but today's announcement that the singer will be heading out on a world tour in support of the LP next month is surely a sign it'll be out soon, right?
Tinashe Announces "Joyride" World Tour Dates
We may not have a solid release date for Tinashe's sophomore album Joyride, but that hasn't stopped the singer from scheduling a world tour in support of the highly anticipated LP.
Travi$ Scott Debuted Another New Record The Other Night
Travi$ Scott is not only opening for The Weeknd on a stadium tour every night, he's getting turnt even further at shows that follow his opening sets, in whichever city he happens to be in. In some cases, these are shows in between "The Madness" shows.
Tinashe Covers Dazed Magazine
Tinashe is working her way towards JOYRIDE, although she hasn't revealed a proper release date yet, all signs point to the fact it's coming soon. Whenever it does arrive though, it's sure to propel Tinashe all the way into pop stardom, if that's not already the case.
28 Grams: Hip Hop Instagram Recap (Oct 17-23)
There is much we can learn from rap Instagram, much to read between the lines as rappers attempt to craft their image without pesky publicists looking over their shoulder. TIDAL X 1020 and Powerhouse NYC went down at Barclays Center in Brooklyn, Tinashe posed for Playboy, and Boosie was up to his usual bag of tricks. Take a look at some of the best hip hop Instagram posts of the week after the jump.
Tinashe Poses For Playboy
Don't get too excited, it's nothing you haven't seen before from the singer. Playboy magazine has unveiled a new photo shoot they did with Tinashe for their November issue. The shoot is pretty PG, with Tinashe sunbathing in a sports bra and bathing suit bottoms. Playboy recently announced they'd no longer be publishing nude photos of women in the magazine, so this shoot stays in line with that message.

Staff Picks Playlist (September 11)
Before you peace out for the weekend, we've got our weekly Staff Picks playlist. This week's playlist is full of heavy-hitters, as the past week was quite a healthy one when it comes to new music. Obviously one of the biggest highlights is the fact that Jay Rock's 90059 album is finally available, but we also received a semi-surprise EP from T.I. and we continue to be tantalized by thought of a Drake x Future mixtape dropping (today?!!).
Tinashe Announces Sophomore Album "JOYRIDE"
The other week, Tinashe revealed a lot of details about her forthcoming sophomore effort. The main thing she didn't reveal, though, was a title.
