Check out "Pale Rose," an intriguing release from Mick Jenkins collaborators theMIND & THEMPeople.

Mysterious Chicago-based producer/artist/(singer?) theMIND/THEMPeople have impressed with their recent collaborations with Mick Jenkins, NoName, Saba, and Kaytranada. They maintain their streak of not releasing subpar music with "Pale Rose," a pulsating, electronic-tinged R&B song that features the vocal talents of Knox Fortune & Sylvie Grace.

You are strongly advised to watch the "Pale Rose" music video, which we've embedded below. Directed by Nathan R. Smith and Sebastian Sdaigui, it follows a trio of rump-shaking, bodega-robbing pretty young ladies who take New York City by storm. In the end, they hop into the back of theMIND's crimson drop-top and ride out at dawn.

Quotable Lyrics

Hey you, right over there
Who do you love? I mean who even cares?
