Yesterday we reported that The Game had lost a $10 million sexual assault lawsuit because the rapper’s legal team failed to respond to the complaint. The suit was filed by Priscilla Rainey, a contestant on VH1’s reality show “She Got Game” (she didn’t win). Now The Game has responded in a lengthy, profanity-laden Instagram post.
The Game Loses $10 Million Sexual Assault Case
A judge ruled against The Game in a sexual assault lawsuit because he never responded to the accuser's complaint. Priscilla Rainey, a contestant on VHI reality show "She Got Game," sued The Game for $10 million last August. She claimed that Game was extremely intoxicated and "out of control" during a shoot last May when he "forcefully reach[ed] his hand inside her dress to rub her bare vagina and buttocks."
