Yesterday, Rick Ross revealed that he had effectively squashed the beef between Meek Mill and The Game. Not so fast, says The Game's manager, the infamous "Wack 100."
"I had a conversation with my brother Game, on the West Coast," Ross said on Snapchat yesterday. "We put that shit behind us," he claimed, clearly referencing The Game's conflict with his signee. He then told his followers to purchase both Meek's DC4 and Game's 1992.
Wack 100's denial of what Rick Ross had to say about the beef comes via an Instagram comment in response to a post, shared by DJ Akademiks, about Ross' peacetime announcement. "Check this out ain't nothing bool," wrote Wack, "it's on it's gone be on and can't no n*gga that ain't from this #West or #Phili politic this BIDNESS." He then addressed Ross directly by writing, "Stay in ya lane my n*gga you still got issues down in Miami. Clean up your own before you bring a mop to my circle this Piru and everything that comes with it." See a screenshot of his comment below.
Wack seems to make it clear that he and Game "still want them fades." His client, however, has not spoken on Ross' attempted conciliatory efforts, so it'll be interesting to hear directly from him.
The Game's beef with Meek officially hit the public eye about six weeks ago when, during a show in Miami, he surprised the club by speaking on his disdain for the Philly rapper. The next day, he dropped the track that commenced the beef, "92 Bars," and there have since been a few diss tracks, as well as the inclusion of Beanie Sigel, who started on Meek's side but is now beefing with his fellow Philadelphian even harder than Game is.
