Pride is a bitch, or so claims a new suit directed against The Game. A promoter for the Kentucky Derby Festival, which is apparently a concert that occurs on the same weekend as the Kentucky Derby, says the L.A. rapper skipped out on his set at the show after he learned he'd been bumped down from the headliner spot. The promoter is suing Game for $75,000.

According to Courthouse News, Game was wired a $35,000 deposit before the show, and even though he was a no-show, he didn't pay it back. The report says that the promotion company received a call from The Game's manager on the day of and said "that The Game would not be performing unless he was headlining the event."

Stay tuned for updates as they arise.
