Producer and generally excellent musician Terrance Martin is gearing up for the release of his Velvet Portraits album in April. “Think Of You” is the latest leak from the album, and follows up the excellent “Valdez Off Crenshaw.”
“Think Of You” is another jazzy track from the Los Angeles-based musician. It features the sultry vocals of Rose Gold and brilliant tenor sax work by Kamasi Washington. The whole song is steeped in live instrumentation, including keys and additional sax work by Martin himself. The song features upbeat drums, but remains fairly laid-back otherwise.
