Grammy-nominated producer and frequent Kendrick Lamar collaborator Terrace Martin recently announced that he had been secretly putting together a new soul-snatching new music group called The Pollyseeds. Terrace, along with Robert Glasper, Kamasi Washington and Marlon Williams are just a few of the names that’s apart of the expansive project, and today they’ve gone ahead & released the project called The Sounds of Crenshaw Vol. 1.
Laced with 13 tracks in total, the project features contributions from Chachi (aka Problem), Rose Gold, Preston Harris, and Wyann Vaughn, among others. Led by the previously heard singles “Intentions” & “Funny How Times Flies,” fans can now stream the jazzy new project in its entirety via Apple Music.
