The mere thought of Tekashi ditching his signature style for auto-tune feels like a mistake at first glance. If Instagram users are to be trusted, this might be a good direction based on fan interaction alone. For one, 30K feels like a small enough number, if you feel a need to pay it forward.
Tekashi is effectively asking for 30,000 likes just to see his new track drop overnight. In fact the post is already nearing the 150K mark, so walk it like you talk it. To top all off, Tekashi believes this song can land him his 6th Platinum single since "Gummo." We'll have to wait and see for ourselves.
