Despite how you feel about Tekashi 6ix9ine, it's hard to deny that he's accomplished a lot within a short amount of time. Each single he's released hs managed to chart on the Billboard Hot 100, his debut project peaked at #3 on the Billboard 200 and he recently just secured another gold plaque for "FEFE" with Nicki Minaj which just climbed to #3 on the Hot 100. For someone who just broke through in less than a year, he's managed to do a lot within a short amount of time. Today, he hit Instagram with a slight flex while thanking his fans for riding with him.
Tekashi 6ix9ine took to Instagram to flex on everyone for a weekend second. While eating a $5 plate from his favorite Dominican spot with stacks of money sitting next to him, he reflected on how far he's come within the past year and how he's managed to prove all of his naysayers wrong.
"I remember when 'GUMMO' came out a couple months a go, everybody was like, 'yo, he a one hit wonder.' I wanted to say thank you to all the fans." He said, "I don't even know how many plaques I got this year. I passed everybody. In like my generation of rappers, ain't nobody doin' it like me."
He added, "I'm a very humble person but if we really just snap into reality, I passed everybody in my generation. Ain't nobody hotter than me. I'm the hottest artist in New York. I'm the hottest artist in America, right now. And it's all to my fans because y'all loyal to me during the allegations, during all that bullshit. Y'all really stayed loyal to me."
