Tamar Braxton has one-upped herself, after setting the bar fairly high. The reality television star, and sister to Toni, debuted a freshly shaved head 2 months ago via Instagram. The video and caption of "finally free" put the ritual in perspective, as a much needed clearance of negative energy. At a fashion event put on by Karl Kani & Pretty Little Things, last night in Los Angeles, the youngest Braxton debuted a new alteration to her now-signature shaved look.

The change is anything but subtle. Frosted pink now permeates the top of her head, but she wasn't the first; that honor goes to an American woman at the turn of the last Century who campaigned for "cerise" color extensions years before they were all too common. That being said, it looks as if Tamar was merely playing with the options she had at her disposal. She is notorious for spending copious amounts of time and energy in the wardrobe section.
Tamar symbolic turn coincides with sister Toni Braxton axing her and Traci from an upcoming Sister's Tour they had in the works. Toni recently put out Sex and Cigarettes, and was hoping to hit the road, but will now do so without her sibling act as accompaniment. Reports indicate it may have something to do with Tamar's ongoing divorce drama with ex Vince Herbert.
