• Last week, Yelawolf took a break from his freestyle series over rock songs to go "full Mumford" on a new original, but this week he's right back at it, going in over an alternate version of Jimi Hendrix's "Voodoo Child" (also sometimes referred to as "Voodoo Chile," as you'll see in the artwork).

  • Yelawolf keeps the rock-tinged hip-hop freestyles coming this week, with his latest one taking a sample from The Doors track of the same name for "Alabama." It's pretty dope, as Yela keeps Jim Morrison's original hook in tact to use as his own chorus.
  • Last week, Yelawolf surprised all of us by releasing what very well may be the first-ever freestyle over a song by funk-metal band Primus (simply titled "Primus Freestyle"). Now he returns, showing that he's just begun his takeover of rock tracks with a freestyle over Pink Floyd's "Money."
  • Yelawolf decides to drop off something new today, a "Primus" freestyle. Opening up with a slowed down snippet from Eminem's "Hi My Name Is", Yela raps about his whole thought process going into this freestyle; how he was gunna do just another regular freestyle but it soon turned into something so much more.

Quotable lyrics: "Yelawolf Yelawolf get a handle, get a grip get ammo/ It's the return of camo, A hit with a hit is a trick candle"
  • Travis Barker and Scoop Deville join forces for this new production, which features the motley crew of Paul Wall, Hopsin, and Yelawolf. Wall starts things off, with his signature lazy southern drawl, before Hopsin and Yelawolf show up for some crazy double-time flows.
