Just Luu, the Toronto rapper formerly known as Luu Breeze, is back today after dropping off "Cowabunga" the other month and introducing his new name.
    We haven't heard from Toronto's Luu Breeze since December's "Do You Remember," and since then he's changed his rap name to "Just Luu." Today, he's back with "Cowabunga."
