Ted Smooth has taken Jhene Aiko's hit "The Worst" and completely reinvented it. Flipping a sample of The Fugees "Ready Or Not" for a 90s rap version of the track.
Sticking with that theme, he recruits Raekwon for a new 16, and the Wu-Tang rapper sounds right at home over the beat.
Jhene Aiko seems to have got closer to Drake since they've toured together for Drizzy's "Would You Like A Tour?", although not as close as recent rumors might suggest (Jhene recently confirmed she is NOT pregnant with Drake's baby).
With Jhene Aiko just dropping off her Sail Out EP at the end of last year, it's pretty crazy to hear her announce that her debut album, Souled Out, will be already released this May. Until then, it looks like we’ll be getting some freebies to hold us over.
Cap 1 seems to be taking a not from Skeme, who went over Jhene Aiko's "the Worst" earlier in the week. Much like the California rapper, and Jhene herself, in the original recording, Cap references a Jay Z couplet in the first few bars of the song.
Skeme has been dropping a lot of freestyles lately, putting new verses over Rick Ross' "The Devil Is A Lie", Soulja Boy's "We Made It", and Rich Homie Quan's "Get TF Out My Face" to name a few. His latest track finds him taking on Jhene Aiko's "The Worst".
As promised, Jhene Aiko will be following up her recent EP Sail Out, with a proper full-length album, Souled Out. In a recent interview with VIBE, Jhene reveals when we can expect the studio album to arrive, as well discusses Sail Out and the success its received.

Check out The Worst (Remix), the latest track from Jaden Smith, which dropped on Monday, November 25th, 2013. Jaden Smith's movement grows stronger with each new release, and The Worst (Remix) has further strengthened that fact.
This week we have two new-comers on Charts Don't Lie, the first being buzzing singer Jhene Aiko and the latter, veteran in the game, Bun B. Jhene Aiko pulled pretty good numbers for her debut EP, leaving us hopeful for what's to come from the West Coast native.
Jhene Aiko and Cassie have both had big years. Cassie dropped the well-received Rockabyebaby mixtape back in April, and Jhene is fresh off of releasing her debut EP, which debuted at number 8 on the Billboard chart this week.
