• Later this week will mark the one-year anniversary of Don Trip's last tape, the dynamite Randy Savage. Since then, the Memphis native hasn't announced any plans for new projects, but given us a handful of dope tracks to sate us until he returns with another full-length.
  • It's been a good month for fans of "Stepbrothers" Starlito and Don Trip. The former just put out two projects, the Theories mixtape and Black Sheep Don't Grin album, on the same day, and now Trip comes through with a new one too.
  • Starlito and Don Trip are self-proclaimed, which means that they not only celebrate together, but also connect in moments of sadness. Today, the duo come together once again to mourn their fallen friend on "G. Thomas" (who, according to a subtitle, lived from 1991 to 2013).
  • Don Trip displayed his technical skill and charisma on the highly underrated Step Brothers projects with Starlito, and while the two are an unstoppable team, both are also great on their own. Today, Mr.
  • DJ Burn One is currently prepping an album by the name of Greenwood. We've already heard the Rittz track from the upcoming project, entitled "Fish Hook," and now the step brotherly duo of Starlito and Don Trip show up for another.
  • Don Trip hasn't been on our radar for a minute now. His last song "Wake Up" was from the summer. Although the rapper was an XXL Freshmen back in 2012, he's one of the few rappers to really capitalize off it and get a much-needed push.
  • Next month, Kentucky's Polo Donatello will release his DJ Holiday-hosted tape DING!, which will have features from  SD, Young Dolph, Johnny Cinco and Jose Guapo. Today, we're premiering mixtape cut "Rap Shit," which features Don Trip.
  • I'll be the first to confess that I've been sleeping on Don Trip. While I was familiar with the name and I'd come across a few tracks over the years, the market is always so saturated with new artists that it's difficult to filter out the ones that our truly worthwhile. "Wake Up" is my wake-up call.
  • Don Trip and Starlito are a force to be reckoned with, as evidenced by last year's collaborative effort, Stepbrothers 2. The southern duo have come together once again, unfortunately only for one track on Trip's new Randy Savage mixtape.
  • Don Trip just dropped his Randy Savage mixtape, which pays tribute to the late wrestling legend, which many rappers (namely Lil Wayne) have referenced in the past.

  • Bump Sittin Phat, the latest cut from Don Trip. It was released on Tuesday, April 2nd, 2013. Things are improving for Don Trip with each new offering, and Sittin Phat is certainly no exception. It's a worthy addition to the Don Trip's catalogue, which has seen much evolution as of late.
