T.I. took to twitter to reveal that he had spoken to Wayne, and lashed out at TMZ for their skewed reports.

There was much conflict in the reports concerning Lil Wayne's hospitalization last night. While Wayne's YMCMB family maintained that the rapper was recovering well from a seizure he had suffered, TMZ was simultaneously reporting that Weezy was in dangerous condition, with doctors putting him in an induced coma, and using tubes to assist his breathing. The publication even went as far as to say the rapper was being read his last rites, but deleted this portion of the report shortly afterward.

T.I., a friend and collaborator of Wayne's was bothered by the coverage, and decided to contact the rapper directly. When he learned straight from the source that Wayne was well, he took to twitter to voice his disapproval for TMZ's coverage, explaining that it will hurt Weezy's friends, family and fans.

It's now been reported from multiple sources (including TMZ) that Wayne is recovering well.
