T.I. has been ordered to report back to Forrest City Correctional Facility -- where he served seven months of his 10-month sentence in 2009 for weapons charges -- in Arkansas no later than Nov. 1 to begin serving an 11-month sentence for violating his federal probation.

The rap star -- real name Clifford Harris Jr. -- was sentenced to 11 month prison term for violating the terms of his federal probation after he and his wife Tiny were arrested on Sept. 1 in Los Angeles on drug charges. The pair tied the knot just a month before their recent run-in with the law. L.A. County Sheriff's deputies pulled over the couple while they were driving in a Maybach on Sunset Boulevard around 10:30 PM on Sept. 1. Deputies searched the vehicle and eventually arrested Tip and Tiny after reportedly smelling marijuana. It was later revealed that they were in possession of ecstasy and tested positive for opiates.

News broke Monday afternoon that the Los Angeles County District Attorney's office would not pursue their drug case against Tip and earlier today we reported that the rapper has changed the title of his upcoming album, which was originally titled 'King Uncaged,' to 'No Mercy.'
