SZA Calls Out TDE For Not Releasing Her Album: "I Actually Quit"
While she joined the TDE family at the same time as Isaiah Rashad, SZA has yet to release her debut album, and it sounds like she's getting fed up. The singer expressed her frustrations with the label on Twitter today, writing "I actually quit. @iamstillpunch can release my album if he ever feels like it."Earlier this year, SZA revealed that she had been given an official release date for her album, hinting that it was near her birthday (November 8th). However, a release date has yet to be announced for the project.

Isaiah Rashad recently made a triumphant return with his official debut album, The Sun's Tirade, released almost three years after TDE put out his Cilvia Demo EP. Next up for the LA powerhouse is Ab-Soul and SZA, neither of whom have dropped a commercial project since 2014.

On Friday, September 2nd, Isaiah Rashad will release his long-anticipated album The Sun's Tirade. Tuesday afternoon, he revealed the album's full tracklist on Twitter. The Sun's Tirade features 17 tracks. Rashad's labelmates Kendrick Lamar, Jay Rock, and SZA all make appearances, as well as SiR, Deacon Blues, Kari Faux, and Syd. The album will reprise a few of the more obscure producers Rashad employed on Cilvia Demo, as well as Mike-Will Made It, Cam O'bi, Steve Lacy, and a host of others.

After Rashad, the LA powerhouse will continue to churn out projects, as TDE President Anthony "Top Dawg" Tiffith revealed today that Ab-Soul recently turned in the final mixes for his next album.

Schoolboy Q's Album Is "Dropping Before Summer"
TDE CEO and unofficial spokesman Anthony "Top Dawg" Tiffith confirmed Saturday night during an impromptu Twitter Q&A session that ScHoolboy Q's album is dropping before summer. "Q still dropping before summer?" one fan asked. "Hell yeah," Tiffith responded. June 20 is the first day of summer, which means we can expect Q's album to drop on June 3, June 10, or June 17. Tiffith said the album's official release date is "coming soon," as well as the release date for SZA's album.

Goldenvoice, the company that runs Coachella, stirred up some controversy in January when they announced that they were attempting to bring a new festival, Panorama, to NYC. A petition attempting to block the festival circulated but ultimately failed, as the first ever Panorama Music Festival is slated to go down July 22-24 on Randall's Island Park between Manhattan and Queens.
