This isn't good news for SZA & her fans. Last week, the TDE first lady took a brief departure from the "TDE Championship Tour" due to her swollen vocal chords. TDE’s CEO Anthony “Top Dawg” Tiffith revealed the news on his social media, saying “her vocal cords are swollen and she has to rest her voice to prevent any permanent damage. We been monitoring her close and this is the reason she missed the Arizona and New Mexico dates."

Well on Tuesday night, SZA returned to the stage at New York City’s Madison Square Garden for the latest stop in the TDE tour, and apparently she didn't feel confident about where she’s at with her vocals. In fact, SZA hopped on Twitter and went as far as to say her voice is permanently injured and that she needs some time to herself, before later deleting the tweets.

“My voice is permanently injured,” she tweeted. “Tonight was the test. That settles that. 👍🏾” She later added, “I jus wanna be left alone my priorities are fucked up. They been fucked up. I need space goodbye.”

Hopefully SZA was just in the heat of the moment & frustrated with tonight’s performance because that’s the last thing we want right now is permanent voice damage or for her to be in that mindset.

Check out her now-deleted tweets (below) as well as some clips of her performance.
