The judge threw out the case today, which was initially suing Swizz Beatz and his business partner, Macky Darcy for $42M in damages. The allegations were initally laid down in September of last year, and Swizz's response was "People just do and say anything these days for $ Wow! The crazy part is people also believe anything these days SMH! Going back to bed," according to TMZ.
Fortunately for Swizz, a judge agreed and all charges have been dismissed. A statement from his team reads "This lawsuit was nothing more than an attempted shakedown of a public figure that had nothing to do with the facts. We are gratified, but not surprised, that the Court agreed with us."
