Swim Team's Muse project is finally here, following the release of a handful of singles.
The collective is pieced together by the talents of Grammy-award winning J. Ivy, Save Money member Brian Fresco, Fat Tony, DC, emerging artist Simone Bisous, Johnathan “JDP” Pratt, Tee White, and Traxxion.
Muse Project has been in the works for a few years, according to the group.
"The project has been in the works for almost 3 years. Some of these songs were written years ago and we've been wanting to put it out for a while but the timing finally made sense and we were able to execute a proper roll out."
The collective made sure to extend the album's concept past the music.
"The project is called Muse Project because it’s an ode to the muses that inspire the music. We didn’t want to be disingenuous to the concept so we worked with all female creatives to collaborate on the project from videographers, photographers, art direction merch, PR, etc. All The Vibes plays to the project's direction as the subject matter is inspired by actual interactions and situations, but our production makes it a light-hearted bop."
