Incarcerated C-Murder still in court over 2006 killing, back in court.

Master P's estranged (and aptly-named) brother C-Murder is in court again over the killing of a 16-year-old in a nightclub in 2002. He's been serving a mandatory life sentence in Louisiana since 2003, but new information about the court procedures means he's back on the stand.

In 2006, it came to light that some of the prosecutor's witnesses had their criminal background falsified or hidden in order to give them more credibility on the stand, and thus the verdict was overturned on appeal. C-Murder's subsequent trial in 2009 was equally controversial. A witness admitted to being bullied and intimidated into voting that he was guilty, even though she thought he was innocent. 

C-Murder was then convicted 10-2. The Supreme Court of New Orleans will determine his fate on Tuesday November 27th.
