Attacking Noah "40" Shebib and Daxz's bass-heavy instrumental with considerable skill, Ghost proves he's still got bars for days, especially in the part that rhymes "mountain bike" with "fountain-like" (the latter describing the way a rival's blood flows after Ghost hits him in the face). Unfortunately, he was only able to rap on the tail end of the "6 Man" beat, as it's looped in eight-bar segments throughout the freestyle.
