Ghost Sick

It's the Ghost.

Styles P has blessed us with a mini EP of sorts, containing a trio of concise, Ghost-themed tracks - "Ghost Sick," "Ghost Shit," & "Ghost Ship." And while the runtime of each song may be short, fans know that it doesn't take Styles long to make an impression. The first, and my personal favorite, is "Ghost Sick," which features an odd, whimsical, and hard beat. It kind of sounds like something Dr. Dre might have flipped back in the early 2000s.

Styles absolutely bodies this track, reminding us that lyrics are still alive, sounding hungry as hell. It's cool to see these older rappers proving they can still spit fire, and while Styles clearly respects the new generation ("Ghost Ship" features the "Magnolia" instrumental), sometimes it's necessary to take it back to the D Block days.

Quotable Lyrics

Lyrics is not obsolete
Fuck about a choppa one shot, you in the doctor B,
Or the morgue dawg, fuckin' with a warlord
Ask the lord for a war with a bible and a sawed off
