Stunna Quad

Back to Player

Stunna Quad, Jerome Hollaman Jr., was born in Pittsburgh, PA and raised in Northview Heights, arguably one of the toughest housing projects in the city. Through the harshness of his surrounding, he developed a love for rapping as early as age 7. He remembers his mother introducing him to the poetry of the timeless lyrics of such rap icons/R&B icons as Eric B. & Rakim, LL Cool J, Slick Rick, Tupac, Mary J Blige and R Kelly. By 2009, as his appeal began to grow, he began to take the game seriously realizing he had something new to offer the rapgame, not only in music but also in the culture. Stunna Quad has opened for such artists as Nicki Minaj, Waka Flocka Flame & The So Icey Boys, Dutty Laundry The Game, Young Joc, and many more. After a chance meeting through Soulja Boy, he was inked to Soulja Boy’s Stacks on Deck Money Gang label, Stunna Quad then formed “GnE” with childhood friends and label-mates. Emerging from a life of drugs, gangs and crime, Stunna Quad is using the tragedies of his past to inspire youth through his music to show that anything is possible with hard work. It was through this idea that the groups name was forged. Goon$ - Getting Over Obstacles Never Sleeping. With this model there is no limit to the future of Stunna Quad and Goon Nation. Upcoming project is the EP “Paid Popular”
