Born Deion Lamon Deshazier but better known as my stage name "Yung Slik". I was born February 27 , 1989 in Westwood , Ca. My Uncle Joe R.I.P. was an aspiring rapper and a huge influence on me wanting to make music. First off I am a "musician" not just a rapper.I started writing music at the age of 13. My first performance was "The West Coast Showdown" April 4th 2008.I then began producing , engineering and composing all my own music at the age of 19 .Released High times In Flight School Mixtape November 12, 2010 ft other up and coming rappers and composers. Besides my uncle my other musical influences are The Neptunes, Kanye West , Jayz & Afrika Bambaataa just to name a few.My Goal or Purpose rather is to make music that makes you feel.Not currently signed by a major label.
