Free tickets might not be had by all survivors.

For Ariana Grande fans who survived the horrific events of the Manchester bombing, there could be fresh heartache ahead.

According to the BBC, those who bought their tickets from resale sites including GETMEIN! and viagogo are being told they won't be eligible for free passes to this weekend's upcoming benefit show. Ticketmaster, the company that owns GETMEIN!,says it is currently investigating who is entitled to free tickets.

"They just told me, 'You're not going'. How is that fair? My little girl was really excited but now she's been let down," said Janine, a mother who purchased tickets for her and her daughter via a resale site for the original Manchester show.

The benefit show for Manchester victims, which will take place on June 4th at the Old Trafford cricket ground, will feature the like of Usher, Pharrell, Katy Perry, Miley Cyrus and many more.
