Yesterday, Snoop Dogg shared many of his opinions about Kanye West's support of Donald Trump as the "Power" rapper riled up a lot of his fans. Losing tons of Twitter followers in the process, only Kanye's true supporters have stuck by him (and those who are simply too caught up in the dramatic events unfolding to unfollow.) While he shared a flurry of memes with Kanye and Trump at the forefront, Snoop was not finished there as he logged back onto Instagram to share some further thoughts today. This time, he's taking time to praise his wife while questioning the impact Kim Kardashian may have had on Kanye.
Snoop's post reads, "The evolution of Jay-Z and Kanye will show you how influential your wife can be to your life." While the intent behind the post is unclear, Snoop has been taking digs at Kanye for a while, dating back to his long rants during concerts. Jay-Z and Kanye have been friends for nearly all of Ye's career but they have seemingly drifted apart in the last few years. Snoop seems to be praising Beyoncé and subtly dissing Kim Kardashian in this post but the "Drop It Like It's Hot" rapper's caption tells an opposite story.
Sending love to his wife Shante Broadus for keeping him level-headed, Snoop wrote, "Thank u @bosslady_ent Love u for being my rock and keeping me straight." Kim has said publicly that she does not support Donald Trump so Kanye's political opinion is based solely on his preferences in this situation.
