Smoke DZA and Pete Rock have unveiled the second single, "Milestone," off their upcoming joint album, Don't Smoke Rock. The new track follows "Limitless," which dropped at the end of last month and featured fast-rising Harlem rapper Dave East. "Milestone" features two of The LOX's three members in Jadakiss and Styles P as well as BJ The Chicago Kid, who sounds like a classic soul man on the hook. Over smooth-riding piano-driven boom bap from the Hall of Fame producer, each of the Uptown emcees spit about how, coming where they're from, the fact that they're still standing and making solid money is something to be marveled at. "For the good ones here and the good ones now gone, makin' it to 30's a milestone," raps the 32-year-old DZA.

Don't Smoke Rock, which will also feature Rick Ross, Cam'Ron, Wale, and Mac Miller, is set to drop on December 2. Pre-order the album here

Quotable Lyrics

Just a street n*gga for the shit that I'm down for
What am I up for? What do I puff for?
Say a dope rhyme, leave the crowd in an uproar
Other than that, ask myself what do I give a fuck for?
