Darrien Edward Griffin (born February 13, 1988), better known by his stage name Slim Gooney Grrr (formerly Darrien G!), is an American rapper, actor, and music producer. He released his first mixtape The Starter Kit at age 18 under the stage name Darrien G!, which he carried until his upcoming 2010 mixtape Expect The Unexpected, under Slim Gooney Grrr. In 2008, he released the collaboration mixtape Wii B Tha Future with rapper Mil Hilly. Slim Gooney and Mil Hilly's mixtape Wii B Da Future is currently reaching the ears of many listeners, and features many supporting artists from their hometown of Baltimore, MD. Promotional singles were released in late 2008: "Wake Dat A** Up", "Swag Alert", and "Say It To My Face". The first official single, "Wake Dat A** Up" samples The Clipse featuring Birdman "What Happened To That Boy". Slim Gooney Grrr is now working on his latest mixtape entitled "Expect The Unexpected", and is planning to release it during the first quarter of 2010.
