Bompton rapper Slim 400 has officially dropped off his latest tape Foe Reala, which features a variety of artists including Dave East, The Game, Marty Baller, Dae Dae, and more. While that remains in circulation, one of the album's standout cuts merits a closer inspection. The alliteratively titled "Nerd N***s" finds Slim, Game, and Dave East weaving threats over a menacing West Coast banger. Driven by a crawling synth bassline and ominous plunking keys, each rapper takes aim at the titular nerds, boasting their own superior nature.
Despite embodying the New York streets, East finds himself well-suited for the West Coast. "Home invasion, blue strips you know I'm chasin," raps East, "the homie on parole, I just got off probation."
