When Kendrick first released "HUMBLE.", it took over immediately. It wasn't a slow burning single that needed a few weeks or months to catch on, it was fire from the top. The song debuted at number 2 on the Billboard Hot 100 and later made it's way to number one on the charts. It was the beginning to a new era of Kendrick Lamar, after dropping the jazzy, socially conscious effort with TPAB. Although released in the spring, the song became an anthem throughout the summer and is continuing to get play even now, in the fall. Now, Skrillex unleashes the massive remix to "HUMBLE." that he's been teasing all summer long.

There's no doubt that Kendrick's flow is unlike any one else's and to highlight that, Skrillex opens up the track with K.Dot's isolated vocals to the verse. Skrillex let's the listener take in Kendrick's bars before he puts his own touch to it. With some dashing keys, the track begins to build before Skrillex absolutely unleashes some haunting bass and swirly synths to the mix. The brass drop will leave you're brain melted. While it is nothing like the original production of Mike Will Made It, Skrillex takes the summer anthem and turns it into his own. With headphones on, you'll feel like festival season never left.

Skrillex has been teasing this remix throughout the summer. He first played it in May at FORM Arcosanti festival. Since then, his fans have been hounding him to drop it. Towards the end of August, one of his fans hit him up on Twitter asking him when it would drop. He simply replied "Verryyy Soon". That was on August 20th. While it's been over a month since he said that, we're definitely happy that he finally decided to drop it.

Quotable Lyrics
My left stroke just went viral
Right stroke put lil' baby in a spiral
Soprano C, we like to keep it on a high note
It's levels to it, you and I know
