Four-man Virginia-based rap crew Divine Council has been buzzing ever since "P. Sherman (PS42WW$)" hit the internet last year. They signed to L.A. Reid earlier this year and released their debut EP Council World in August. They have received co-signs from Andre 3000 and Erykah Badu and even scored a white-hot verse from Andre on a new remix of "Decemba."
Over the weekend Councilmen $ilkmoney, Cyrax!, and ICYTWAT released a new song called "Council Shit." ICYTWAT conjures a particularly tempestuous beat and shows yet again why he may be the great chord trigger maestro of our time. $ilkmoney and Cyrax! are forces to be reckoned with on the mic.
