Shy Glizzy has been visiting different cities across the U.S. to promote his recent mixtape with Zaytoven, For Trappers Only, and during his most recent to a Hickory Hill club things went terribly awry.
The Washington, D.C. native was performing at Dream Nightclub on early Sunday morning when shots were fired, sending club goers in a frenzy as they attempted to duck for cover. Following the gunfire, Shy Glizzy's Glizzy Gang chain was stolen off his neck. The robber apparently wants $50,000 in return for the chain.
Police say the owner of the nightclub is too scared to file a police report, and the people in attendance that night are unwilling to talk.
