Shots Fired At Rick Ross' Rolls Royce, Witnesses Report [Update: Ross Confirmed As Driver, Passenger Revealed]

Witnesses identify Rick Ross as a passenger in a Rolls Royce which was opened fire on early Monday.

Fort Lauderdale Police are on the case after a shooting resulted in a Rolls Royce crashing into an apartment building early Monday. While no one was injured, the victims names are currently being withheld for their safety, but witnesses report that rapper Rick Ross was in the Rolls.

The police say that the car was traveling eastbound on Las Olas when shots were fired from another vehicle. In an attempt to escape, the Rolls crashed into the building at 311 Southeast 15th Avenue. The two passengers were not injured.

Police are still looking for the gunman.

Update:

New reports confirm that Rick Ross was in the Rolls Royce Phantom that was hit by gunfire early this morning, and was in fact behind the wheel. The passenger has also been identified as Shateria L. Moragne-el, a female companion of Ross'. The rapper was reportedly traveling from his birthday party at Miami's LIV Nightclub. Today marks Ross' 37th birthday.

Police are still on the lookout for the gunmen.
