The New Orleans Saints will start their Super Bowl campaign this weekend when they take on the Philadelphia Eagles. With a record of 13-3, the Saints were the best team in the NFL this season and have as good a shot as anybody at winning the title. On Wednesday, head coach Sean Payton teased the team with a cool little motivation tactic.

According to ESPN, Payton entered the Saints locker room with three armed guards, a stack of over $200K in cash with the Lombardi trophy sitting on top of it. When he walked in he said “Y’all want this? Win 3 f--king games." The $200K Payton had brought to the room symbolizes how much each player would get if they won the Super Bowl.

"It was just Sean trying to give everybody a vision, especially the young guys, as to what we're after and the opportunity we have, especially as the No. 1 seed," Saints quarterback Drew Brees told ESPN. "It all comes through this place. But first things first: This game's the most important game of the season. And I think we've taken that approach each and every game this year."

If the Saints win their match against the Eagles, they would move on to the NFC Championship game where they would play either the Los Angeles Rams or the Dallas Cowboys.
